"After successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, new employees are eligible to enroll for medical/dental/vision insurance. Peltram Plumbing offers two medical plans to choose from. Both are offered through Trusteed Plans Service Corp. New employees must enroll by the first of the month following their 90 day probationary period or they forfeit their right to enroll until the following year's open enrollment period" - ADP 401k plan
"Employees who are at least 21 years of age and have completed one year of continuous service are eligible to join our 401K plan. Peltram Plumbing, Inc. will match 50% of the first 4% of employee contributions made through weekly payroll deductions. Our 401K plan is offered through ADP Retirement services." - Aflac Supplemental insurance
"Any employee who has successfully completed their 90 day probationary period may elect to purchase supplemental insurance plans through Aflac. There are several plans to choose from. Please visit their website or contact our Aflac Representative, Peggy Armstrong for additional information."
